Burner won't ignite

Eventually grease and other debris will accumulate around the burners and require cleaning. Remove the burners, they should pull straight up and out and clean any grease. Also clean the inside of the base as best as possible. Replace burners and you'll be enjoying a grilled meal in no time.

Hello, When you switched it out did you contact www.weber.com to see if this can be done on this grill. Weber is different than a lot of other grills usually their larger models they can be converted but their smaller models can not. This might be something you need to check with the company. I know with Weber that it doesn't consist of change out the hose and a orifice they also change out the manifold.. So please check with Weber for these answers. Thank you, Fireplace-girl

Two burners run too hot with yellow flame.

Hello,It sound like your back burners have a partial blockage or possibly are rusting or falling apart or have cracked seams. Remove the cooking grids and burner shields, and examine the burners closely. If you can't find a blockage inside (spider web, bugs nest, etc) then their condition is probably deteriorating. Let us know if you need more assistance.

Not getting enough gas for high

There could be several things causing this problem. First, the burners need to be checked to see if they are stopped up. Grease and oils from grilling can clog them. Also incects like to make cosey homes in them over the winter months. Lastly, this problem could be the gas regulator going bad. Good luck!

Problem with gas getting to the front burner

Follow manufacturer's recommendation in resetting the excess flow safety device....(Turn burners and LP cylinder off...Disconnect regulator on cylinder. Turn both knobs to high for at least one minute...Then turn them to off...reconnect the regulator to the LP tank...Turn LP valve VERY slowly (30 seconds) until fully opened..then start the grill in the usual manner. ALWAYS TURN THE LP TANK OFF WHEN DONE USING THE GRILL....

SOmetimes when i fire up the grille, the burners never heat up and when on high, the flames are low, never getting above 300. If i turn the middle burner down or off, the front gets hotter. Right now I am running the grille off the front burner. I hear a whistling, almost like there is air in the lines. ???? this is an intermittent issue.

Try a new regulator

My Weber genesis silver c does not heat up as it used to. Now it barely gets above 200 degrees far. What do you think the problem is? I am getting flames from all 3 burners and still I get to 200 max. My e-mail is "[email protected] Thank you

Did you de-activate the excess flow safety device, as suggested on the troubleshooting page in the owners' guide? Turn control knobs to OFF and disconnect the regulator from the tank. Turn burner control knobs to HIGH, and wait 1 minute. Turn knobs off, reconnect regulator and SLOWLY turn the tank valve on. Light according to instructions. Worked like a charm, took no time, didn't get dirty, didn't spend a dime. Good luck! The Midnight Molar.

I am not getting a high enough flame. I have a full take of propane, I used a wire brush to clean out the burners, kept banging the burners to get rid of rust possibly clogging up the jets, but still get cannot temp. above 375 degrees.

Could be a bad regulator on the line bud, try replacing that and if it doesn't fix it you can always return the new regulator and get a refund.
