Convert from Gas to Propane - I had this grill converted by a plumber from propane to gas (I believe he changed the nozzles and added a gas line instead of the propane line). I've had to move the grill and need to convert back to propane. I would like to convert it back myself if possible. I have the original nozzles that I need to put back, but I can't figure out how to access the nozzles. I don't have my manual. Can someone point me to where the nozzles are located and also point me to the manual? Thanks--I appreciate any help. Jim

The "nozzles", as you called them are actually the burner orifice. If you remove the burners and look back into the control panel, you should see the orifices that the plumber installed. They unscrew with a nut driver to be removed. Do this one at a time, installing the LP Gas Orifice immediately after removing the Natural Gas one. Be careful not to mix them up and reinstall the Natural Gas ones. You will also need a LP Gas Regulator/Hose Assembly to connect to the grill tank, that you will be using. You can pick one up at any hardware store or home improvement center that sell grills & accessories. It runs about $30.00.Below is a link to the Owner's Manual. But, I'm not sure it will be of help in changing the orifices. But, it's good to have for future reference. You can download and print it.http://www.charbroil.com/bps/char-broil/char-broil/knowledge/80003061.pdfI hope this helped you and Happy Grilling!! Thanks for choosing FixYa.
