Can I get a replacement grease catcher bottle for my grill to go.

Why? what is wrong with cleaning existing one? just remove it, heat it on topstove a bit, then tip content to any plastic dish, you can use this fat as add-on for your dog or cat, mix wiht seeds and give to birds, in local park or indeed on your veranda or balcony, does not need to go to the tip.

None of my igniters on my 30400043 Ducane grill will light the burners. I've had a grease fire due to the burners rusting out and replaced the burners. The insulation on the wires to the igniters has burned off. Do I need to buy a whole new manifold or is there replacements for the igniters? Do the clickers go bad? I'm very disappointed. I bought this grill 3 years ago thinking it's the last I'd have to buy and here I am replacing parts 3 years later. I also don't think the infra red elements are getting hot enough. When running they can be blown out. I don't use them often and have run it for 45 min or so and got a steady flame. I'll try the rotisserie tomorrow. It'd be a shame to waste a good piece of meat. Anyone else having these problems? Got solutions?

As I tell customers, when they ask me, "How long will this grill last?" "That depends on well you take care of it with routine maintenance and cleaning."The wiring for the electronic ignition and the spark ignitors are replaceable. The ignitor button or the "clicker" as you called is replaceable. But all you may to do, is change the battery inside the igniter button. To help you further, i have included a link to the Owner's Manual for your grill. It will have an exploded view of the parts, which should help you identify them by part number and order them from Ducane, if you like. far as the infrared burners are concerned, they blow out easily if the wind is just blowing slightly. That's why they have a thermocouple on the burner, to turn the gas off to it, when it gets blown out. When preheating an infrared burner, the hood/lid of the grill should be closed.I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

My Barbeque - FG50069-584 Blue Ember grill grease pan assembly has completely collapsed. While looking for a replacement part # onlne , I see that the greasepan was actually a problem and was recalled a while back. At that time the company was sending out the replacement part free of charge. Can I still get the part? Thank you. Laurie Empey [email protected]

Yes, I believe you still can (if your serial number matches the recall units) and you were not properly notified either by the retailer you purchased it from or the manufacturer. In any case, it's certainly worth a try. Here is a link that may help you sure to check the CSPC link from that page for more details.Hope this helps you.
