Guide :Grilling : 810-2300-B Grill

Low flame I have a Brinkmann gas grill. I'm not sure what model it is but I got it from Wal-mart about 3 years ago. It has a low flame. I thought it might just be low gas but I just refilled the tank and it still has the same problem. I have a decent flame if I just use the center burner but if I turn on the other burners they all have a very low flame. Any suggestions?

Low flame I have a Frigidaire 4 burner LP gas grill that does not get hot past the low end of the "Grill" meter when all 4 burners are on. When all burner are turned to high you barely see any flame. When I turn on any 1 of the 4 burners you at least see a flame better than before but still not good. The unit is sealed other than looking at the burners. I have tried the following: 1 Looked for a kink in the hose 2 Check the gas tank (put a new one in also) 3 Cleaned the gas lines

Solution #1 is correct. If your regulator is / was good, then you would most likely have a leak in a line or fitting - and the regulator has properly restricted or stopped gas flow as it's designed to do for obvious safety. However a very common leak is the main plastic tank coupling which renders the whole regulator and hose assembly useless. Quick fix, go to Wal-Mart and buy a $20 replacement regulator which comes pre-fitted with hoses and couplings. Get the dual or single hose depending on whether you have a side-burner or not. Voila! Your good to go a few more years.

Only enough gas flow for 1 of 3 burners

Shut off the tank and remove it from the grill. open all valves. close all valves. Reconnect tank to cooker and SLOWLY open the valve a hair. Then retry.Something in the dang newer safety tanks cause this phenom.

My gas grill sprays alot of gas when i first turn it on, the has very low flame

Hi axmaster892You have a faulty gas regulator...********************************************* Gas Regulators are notorious for doing just what yours is doing. After sitting in the same position for a length of time they freeze in that position, then along comes a grain of sand, or other debris and blocks the gas flow.Remove the regulator if possible, if not try it in place with the tank removed.Get a plastic headed hammer and gently but firmly tap on the regulator, your trying to free up the diaghram inside. After tapping and freeing the regulator diaphram reinstall and you will be good to go.If this does not work, the replace the regulator as it is defective. Some regulators are ajustable, if you have one of those then try to adjust the regulator, you will see a cap on top of the regulator, that is where the adjustment screw is located. Please take time to rate meBud

Flare behind temperature knobs on jenn-air gas grill

This seems to be a problem for most Jenn-Air users. The burners are defective, rusted or clogged and allowing the flame to "back up." You most likely have a melted electronic ignitor as well as gas valve damage. The new burners that I received this week for my model 720-0061-LP are 1/2 inch shorter than previous versions. Time will tell if this fixed the problem. I would call Nexgrill and get all new burners and inspect the gas valve area for damage. Since 2004, I am on my 5th set of burners, glad they were free since I have a lifetime warranty on my model.

The grill will not light. The firt burner will

If the burners are fairly new , not old and full of rust, yes, it is the regulator if you are using tanks.
